Alice F. Cope was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth Fisher, who were members of Philadelphia YM. The Ohio YM minutes of 1857 give her date of death as 9/26/1857.

Alice Cope was very active in Providence MM from 1817 until 1849. She was frequently appointed as representative to Redstone QM, to committees to recommend Friends for clerk or overseer, and to visit Friends the PMs raised complaints against.
