The second Sewickley Meeting House was used from 1845 to 1912. It was the last actively used meeting house of Redstone QM.

The meeting house was constructed in 1845 to replace an earlier building. It was an example of the Quaker Plan, although on the exterior the windows between the doors and the corners of the building were omitted.

The two images to the right depict how the meeting house appeared while it was in use. The upper image comes from the collection of William L. Cope, late of Middleton Meeting in Ohio and was taken by Gilbert Cope in 1888. The people in the photo were Walter G. Edgerton, Susan Gilbert Edgerton, Eliza Cope, Mary Gibbons, Dincae Price, Malissa Price, Sara Ann Gilbert, Benjamin Cope, Samuel Gilbert, Albert M. Cope, Dilwin Gibbons, Charles Gibbons, Joshua Cope, and E. Lorin Cope.

The final meeting for worship was held here on 8/25/1912. At some time thereafter, the meeting house was removed. The burial ground was enclosed with an iron fence in the 1980s and was in good repair, with few markers.
