Asa Branson was a leading member of Ohio YM in the late 1800s. He was a cousin of Ann Branson. Asa dropped most of his appointments in later life, as he became so deaf that he carried a cone-shaped hearing device. At the time of his death, Asa Branson was the longest serving member of the Meeting for Sufferings.
