Thomas Penrose Jr. was a member of Pennsville and Chesterfield MMs in the mid-19th century. He served as Recorder of Certificates of Removal at Chesterfield from 1853 to 1861 when he moved away from Morgan County. He maintained his membership at Chesterfield after moving away.
