In Ohio YM, the Howard family consisted of the descendants of two sons of Bartholomew and Ruth Howard (Horton and John) and the wives of their male descendants. The best known of these was Horton Howard. The Howard family lived in Short Creek QM (eastern Belmont County) in the early 19th century. |
